ICS newbie help please

Hi, ive got xp pro, and a small network of *nix and windows boxes.
While we were on ADSL, we were fine, but since we moved, and onto
ISDN, our interent connection is via a USB device on the XP Pro box.
All the other boxes have statis IPs.

Can i just istall ICS or will it become more complicated. The box
witht he internet connection does most of the P2P uploading so its
pretty essential it stays up. I dont want to screw it up and spend
hours fixing. It is pretty simple though isnt it?

However a copy of the vidoe as an AVI file is left on my HD and no methods I have tried will delete it I've tried deleting it in safe mode, while in "DOS" mode (not really DOS since the OS is XP Pro) have used the "unlock" program to see if the file is locked but all to no avail. ... I've even used old programs such as NSWP (had a lot of success with that on older Windows boxes where delete didn't work.) Nothing seems to work. ... I get a standard error message that the program is in use or locked. ... The hardware is a Dell 3.2 GHz with 512 MB memory and networked with an Me and a Linux box. ...
