Sounds like you have two control programs fighting over configuring the
wireless card - the Windows WZC service and whatever service your wireless
card has installed. The cure for this is to decide which one you want to
control the card, then disable the other. For example, if you want to use
the wireless card's configuration program you must disable the Wireless Zero
Configuration service in the Service MMC Snap-in (Start, Run, SERVICES.MSC).
If you want Windows to control the card, leave WZC alone and disable the
card's configuration utility.
