The Internet Gateway is normal and doesn't indicate a problem.
There's no need to get rid of it.

It represents the device on your network that provides a shared
Internet connection. When ICS was running, it represented the ICS
host computer. Now, it represents the broadband router on your
network, letting you monitor and control the router's operation.

If you don't want the Internet Gateway to appear, access your router's
setup web page and disable it. It might be called UPnP (Universal
Plug and Play).
