Thanks for the feedback. Learning about computers comes from working on them
(and fixing what you break).
Windows Firewall is disabled from the Control Panel - Security Center applet.
Zone Alarm is un installed using the instructions provided by Don Hoover, if you
can't configure it properly. Some folks turn off the WF service, which is the
wrong approach, which is why I put that note in there.
