office publisher & FTP

could someone help I have designed a website using office 2003 publisher &
published site to my host using FTP which went fine but I can not make any
changes to my website publisher goes through the motions but when I check
nothing has changed my host tech dept says there is nothing wrong there end
can any one help. Thanks
