2K machine hosing XP network connections

I have two XP-pro machines and one 2K machine that are all networked
together. I set up the 2K machine using the disk produced by the XP wizard.
On a seemingly random basis, one of the XP machines will be unable to browse
the network. When this happens, the other XP machine can only browse the 2K
machine. If I reboot the 2K machine, then the XP machines, everything is
fine again for maybe a day or two, then the process repeats.

It seems obvious that the 2K machine is doing something bad. Anyone have an
idea what's going on or how I can debug/fix?

TIA....Steve
