ICS - Local IP + ICS config Loosed after Internet disconnect

Hi there,

Escuse my poor english first.
I'll try to explain my problem.

Since I bought a notebook, i decided to use my home pc (ATX tower with WinXP
HE) as a gateway to the internet.

I set-up all ICS parameters. (ICS autonegociate local IP adress to
192.168.0.1)
I set-up all neede IP parameters on the notebook...
I connect the home Pc to the Internet, all works fine...

But when i disconnect my home pc (=gateway) from the internet, both local ip
parameters and ICS settings are reset.

After that, no available gateway on the network, and no possible
communications to the home pc because it tries to autodetermine IP address
from a DHCP server (and i don't want to install some DHCP server)

This problem only appears on Internet disconnect (from home pc & from
notebook).

Tired to configure IP and ICS more than 3 times a day, I made a REG file
which auto-(re)configure IP parameters, but ICS is not (re)enabled (because I
don't know what key must be changed)...

Do you know where does this problem come from, and how to solve it ?
Or do you now how REG key I must change to (re)enable ICS ?
