Cannot See PC in Network Neighborhood

I have 2 PCS A & B Networked via D-Link NIC & both having XP Pro with sp2 +
all updates. The problem is I cannot see PC B in the Network Places from A
or B. However A is visible on both. ICS is working perfect & both can ping
each other.
