Assistance with personal server please

Hi guys -

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I'm running a personal web server
(www fileshare pro) and all of a sudden, no one can connect to my server and
I have not changed anything. I've tried disabling the firewall and antivirus
and still the same results. I also notice now that when someone tries to
connect, my Norton Antivirus pops up a security alert screen. It says
"Norton internet worm protection has detected a remote system that is
attempting to access your computer. if you've started a program that
requires internet access such as online gaming, file sharing, or instant
messaging, then select permit to allow the program to continue." When I hit
permit, they still can not connect. Everyone's getting the page cannot be
displayed error. I've tried changing to a different port and same thing
happens.

This was working perfectly last week. The only thing I can think of is that
Norton was updated with this 'Norton Worm Protection' because I've never
gotten this pop up before.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this please? Any suggestions?? Thanks in
