Interesting!
Looking at your ipconfig it seems that either something is totally messed up
or for some reason your computer is trying to obtain an IPv6 address as
opposed to IPv4.
Have you recently updated your router firmware or NIC drivers - you might
have entered the wrong settings.
If you cant think of any changes and the problem is still occuring (it
sounds likes it fixed though) you might want to remove all of your network
connections in control pannel and the NIC from hardware devices and totally
reinstall - get an updated driver first.
Also it looks like you have 2 Network connections - you should only have 1
representing the NIC installed.
