Windows XP/SP2 DHCP provided IP address does not bind.
Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance
Installed Client XP/SP2, installed QOS. Virtual NIC obtains IP address from
DHCP, does not bind and as a result no connection to remote server, with
wired or wireless client. It binds and connects just fine without SP2/QOS, SP
1, Win2k, Win98 or with an installed physical NIC. Any ideas?
