Plz help me with keyloggers and hacks

My Norton protect scanned the system and found a iexplorer keylogger and
identify mdmm.dll and explorer.exe as hacktools, I am not able to remove them
and when i try to delete them manually,, windows told me that it's not able
to remove and make sure disk are not full or are not written protect, PLease
please please help me, my system is sending e-mail to the
someone@xxxxxxxxxxxxx like every fifteen minutes and i hav to use norton to
stop it, plz i am living in horror rite now
