It depends on what version of XP you have. Home Edition does not allow
you to share users' home directories or the Program Files (although you
can share folders within the Program Files folder). XP Pro, with Simple
Sharing disabled, allows you to see and access everything.

What exactly are you trying to do? If you tell us, maybe we can help
more specifically.
