Network Connection Errors

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I've just set up a home network using Linksys router/hub (wireless &
hardwired) for 2 desktops and a laptop. All desktops are running XP
Home with firewall off and file sharing on but while I can see in one
direction I can't in the other. Instead I get an error msg indicating
that "Not enough server storage available to process the command" (see
attached image) yet I have almost 60GB available on that pc??
Any suggestions as to how to access the other pc. I've double checked
all of the workgroup nomenclature so that doesn't seem to be the
problem. I've also removed NAV2005 and Systemworks (just in case!).
