Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

it's a HP photosmart 2710 all-in-one. Last night I talked with HP and got
the administrator window on my PC to print, however the tech told me that i
haven't given the limited accounts the ablility to use the printer. how do I
work the network so limited windows/users can print?
