Connection Icons

After using network setup to create dialup and connecting to ISP all seems to
work O.K. But after shutdown and restart, icons no longer appear in Settings
Network folder. Desktop icon will then still connect O.K. but no longer
appears in taskbar to be able to disconnect. Unpluging phone line is then
only way to disconnect.

Microsoft article 894543 discusses symptoms related to invalid entry in
Rasphone.pbk file but provides no fix other than waiting until next Service
Pack. Thanks for any suggestions.
