Chuck-
I set restrictanonymous to 0 on both machines. And, yes, am able to
successfully ping the other pc from both machines. I think I've found the
source of the problem however. Here are the results of running "browstat
status" on Computer A. The workgroup is MSHOME, and Computer B is actually
named LIBRARY. Computer A is named UPSTAIRS.

When I run browstat status on Computer B (LIBRARY) I do not get any errors
or inability to access the registry. See below:

Sorry to all for using all this bandwidth, but I couldn't figure out a way
to describe the results in a summary. I only half understand what I'm
reading here, but it looks like a messed up registry on Computer A, and, if
so, I don't think I'm going to like your next suggested action.
