WPA Patch for Windows XP with Service Pack 2

I am looking for the WPA patch for Windows XP with SP 2. I have bought a
wireless router and have been told that I need this patch for it to work. I
found a patch but when I tried to download it, received a message that the
patch was for Service Pack 1.
