That rather depends on a number of things you haven't told us.
For example, if your web provider is using FrontPage extensions and you are
using FrontPage to edit your webs, you can simply use the "Publish" command
to put files there. For some web servers you need to log on with an FTP
client and use the FTP commands to upload files to your web site.
Your web service provider can almost surely answer this question more
quickly and more correctly than we can at this point.
