File Sharing in OE

Windows XP is supposed to let one share a computer's disks and folders with
other computers on the network, using a method called Simple File Sharing.

I would like to share a few specific folders of Inbox and Sent items from OE
5.5 in one PC to OE 6 in another PC. How does one share this without wanting
to share ALL folders of OE from the PC with OE 5.5? I also would like to
know if I can simply migrate ALL NEW Emails from the older PC with OE 5.5 to
a newer PC with OE 6?
