Using more usernames to access the same share

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have a question regarding a certain functionality in WindowsXP professional.

I have a Linux server with some SAMBA shares and under Linux i have no
problems in using these shares (which are called 'home') with different
usernames at the same time.

In windows when I try to do the same thing i get an error numbered 1219
stating that such action is not permitted. (I can send a screenshot)

I want to know why is that and if it will ever change in the future?

Thanx
.
