Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Not sure if I am posting to the right queue, but I will give it a shot.........

I am an administor on a network and recently I have had a problem with my
password. When I changed my password, I would constantly get my account
locked. I could be working away and all of a sudden, I couldn't access
anything that was on the network. I changed my password back to the orginal,
and my account was fixed. I thought i would try again, and had the same
problem. I went to our domain controllers and changed my password locally on
each thinking that they were not commuicating correctly. Now, the locking
issue does not happen as frequently, but i could be working away in Outlook
and all of a sudden a window will pop up asking for my user name and
password. I will enter it and it will fail. I will close Outlook and
usually a few minutes later, I can open Outlook again. This same login popup
box will appear when I try to connect to the Internet also. My co-worker who
is an administrator also, has the same problem, but other users, do not. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks, Diane
.
