Hey all, try and give this a shot, this command will totally work:
NETSH INTERFACE IP DELETE ARPCACHE
Here is the syntax:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32>arp -a
Interface: 10.8.2.218 --- 0x10005
Internet Address Physical Address Type

10.8.3.222 xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx dynamic
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32>NETSH INTERFACE IP DELETE ARPCACHE
Ok.
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32>arp -a
No ARP Entries Found
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32>
