What ? This is misleading... You could have a static IP to your
modem/router and the router doing DHCP or in my case a dynamic IP from the
ISP and a static IP on the subnet (ie no DHCP )
Depends on what's being used to connect to the 'net.
To the original poster, contact your ISP.
