Problem enabling two Ethernet adapters

My PC is running Windows XP and has an on-board (GigaByte mobo) gigbit lan
as well as a Belkin PCI 54g wireless card. I want to create a network bridge
across these two adapters so I can use it to connect another wireed machine
to the wireless network. The problem is, I am unable to enable both adapters
at the same time. With the wireless card enabled, if I try to enable the lan
adapter I get Code (22) - cannot enable device. I have tried resinstalling
the drivers with no luck. There is no indication that I can find as to why
it can't enable it. Any ideas?
