Hi MP,
You answered your own question in the first few lines: "i'm using Kazaa or
other p2p programs." Get rid of em and download ad-aware. Also hit cntl +
alt + del and get rid of some of those running programs. If its too junked
up in there, just reload Windows. Might be quicker than searching the
internet on how to delete each piece of spyware thats on your computer.
