Set all three computer to the same IP range and subnet first. Use something
like 192.168.0.1, 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.3 and turn the subnet to
255.255.255.0.
Then double click on your network connection in your system tray.
goto the advanced tab
select share internet connection
select ok
that should do it.
