I just got a new Dell with Windows XP and made it the host computer for my
small home network.
Am also running two others (A & B) with Windows 98 and 98 SE
All connect fine via my router to Internet.
The Dell with XP shows A&B and all the C drive contents...just what I want.
I can access the other computers properly.
The Dell runs my Epson printer fine.
A&B computers show nothing in the Network Neighborhood window. They were
both previously networked perfectly. Neither one will print. Both were
printing properly. Neither one sees the other.
I used the XP wizard to set up the LAN. I made sure that My Documents and C
drive were designated as shared. I used the right names for A&B.
The XP fire wall says exceptions were in place for LAN access.
This is torture.
Can anyone help?
