Hi Chris
I had this very same problem. Just a drop every now and again but recently
it was timing out every few minutes. An email to Linksys was never replied
to, then again they have never replied to a single request from me.
I searched the manual on the linksys site and the instructions are:
Ensure the setting under PPPoA is set to keep alive and the redial set to
20. Appears the default of 30 is not correct.
Worked for me and never had a dropped line since.
regards
