problem with a net printer

I have a printer in a computer running XP. This printer is shared with a
computer running Windows ME. The first computer has electrical problems y
power down two or three times every day.

When the first computer power down, and I reboot the computer, I can't print
from Millenium because the printer in XP apper in Millenium like off, but is
on.

If I reboot Millenium, the probrem is solve.

How can i solve the prooblem without restart Millenum computer?
