Christopher,
See section: "Unable to logon to Windows after removing BlazeFind using a spyware removal utility?" here: http://www.winxptutor.com/wsaremove.htm

Have a toshiba laptop with XP Home (No service packs) Whenever user logs in (by clicking their name, no password, only account on the system besides administrator) It says Loading Personal Settings, screen flashes for a second, then displays "Saving your settings..." then brings you back to Welcome screen. Booted to safe mode. Both Administrator account and user's account do the same thing in safe mode. Any ideas?
