Well The information Which you have Provided is not enough. Anyway Please
Resert both of the computer In Safemode with Networking then try to access.
Q : How to Start Computer in Safe mode with Networking?
A : Restart The Computer and The Moment Computer starts Booting Keep Tapping
F8 Key Every Second. We will Windows Advanced Option. Move The Cursor To Safe
mode With Networking With The Help of Nevigation Keys.

If you are able to Do That Then Check The Firewall ( Uninstall will help you)
Or Disabling Startup Items and Third Party Services.

Start-> Run-> MSCONFIG -> OK

- Selective Startup
-- Go to Services Tab, Put a Check Mark on "Hide all Microsoft Services"
    Click On Then Disable all
-- Go to Startup Tab and Clcik On Disable All.
-- Apply and OK
-- Restart The Computer.
