Yes, it sure is.
I believe you can manually set up other computers on your LAN to sync with
your XP Pro box as a time server, although I've never tried this (I
generally work with domains) -
net time /setsntp:<computername or ip>
What happens if you try that?
That said, presuming all computers on your network have Internet access, why
not just make sure they all sync to the same public time server? What's your
goal?
