So my home network consists of 3 computers, 2 running XP Pro and 1 running
XP Home. The problem is that the XP Home and one of the XP Pro computers
cannot access the shares on the 2nd XP Pro system through "My Network Places.
This is an outline of what works and doesn't;

XP Pro PC 1
Can access XP Home PC with no problems through any method, and can access
shares of XP Pro PC 2 only directly i.e. \\computer\share. On attempting to
open computer via "My Network Places" the message: \\computer is not
accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.
Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access
permissions.

XP Pro PC 2
Can access XP Pro PC 1 and XP Home PC with no problems through "My Network
Places" or any other method.

XP Home PC
Can access XP Pro PC 1 with no problems through any method, and can access
shares of XP Pro PC 2 only directly i.e. \\computer\share. On attempting to
open computer via "My Network Places" the message: \\computer is not
accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.

I have already run the network setup wizard, made sure they are on the same
workgroup, that they have unique names, that they are running the browser
service. I cannot for the life of me figure out why it is not working
correctly. Before I added XP Pro PC 2, the other two would work fine. I don't
know if that is a coincidence or not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
