Start | Run | services.msc.
Scroll down to Remote Procedure Call ( RPC ), and double-click it.
Ensure it is started, and startup type is Automatic.

I just looked at my laptop's location information under remote desktop and I can see the entire directory. I'm not seeing this on this desktop. I can access the drives on the domain. I don't seem to have a problem login on to the domain, but something is not right. this is error id 1053 user is NT Authority/system computer is Main does anyone have any idea what is wrong and how do I fix it.
