The most likely problem is that SP2's new Windows Firewall is blocking
access to PC1.

If PC1 has another firewall program (Norton Internet Security,
ZoneAlarm, Sygate Personal Firewall, etc) installed, disable the
Windows Firewall.

If PC1 doesn't have another firewall program installed, enable the
Windows Firewall and allow exceptions.

To access the firewall settings, go to Control Panel | Security
Center.
