Network shares inaccessable (can ping any computer, can view www)

What works:
The computer correctly registers DHCP information, acquiring ip addressing.
I cannot get a particular computer to access any files / shares on the
network.
I can ping the other computers by ip address and name.
I can ping and view the internet.
Workgroup and name of computer have not changed since it worked.

Problem:
Network shares inaccessable (they were previously accessible)
Network Neighborhood doesn't list any computers.

The network has been up and running perfectly fine for a long time.
I have not made any hardware changes on the network.

Any ideas? (Thanks in advance!)
