Hi. I am new to networking in XP. I have a tower and a laptop connected via
a wireless router. The laptop sees the other computer but cannot access it.
The tower does not see any computers however when I go to view them I get
this error message:

Mshome is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network
resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have
access permissions. The list of servers for this workgroup is currently not
avaliable.

I ran the networking wizard countless times with no luck. Please help!
