Dear Hans-Georg,

I have tried some of your suggestions. But nothing happens, I can not still
access my shared files from PCs with win98 using PC with winXP. I was finally
able to access my files by configuring the firewall installed in PC with
win98 and open netBIOS service. However, it took some time before winXP can
access my shared files (around 5 to 10 seconds). In addition, ping is still
not working. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
