roaming profile not sync

I use several computers. I log unto a network and the pc
picks up my roaming profile. I use to be able to delte
and move files and then log off. When I log back on the
next time on a different machine the changes would have
taken place. Recently, these changes are not sticking.
I am only able to delete the file from the orginal
computer for the change to stick. Please help.
