  I tried the suggestions given and it still does'nt work.
  The error message returned is :

 \\celeron is not accessible.You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if
you have permissions.
 The server service is not started.

 I checked to see (in services on both PC's) that the Computer Browser and
TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper services are started. I'm really at wits end here.
I've turned off the built in fire wall as well as SFS. I was able to access
the AMD system from the CELERON pc but not vice versa.
