Open TCP/IP properties of the connection, General tab, Advanced
properties, Options tab, TCP/IP filtering properties. If Permit Only is
set on the ports/protocols, Enable filtering, and change to Permit All.
Also, enable the Internet Connection Firewall and Internet Connection
Sharing service - set to Automatic startup and then Start the service -
even if the firewall is disabled. Do the same to the Security Center
service. See if any of this helps.
