What I would try to do is to disable the Browse service.
To do so, go to
Start > Run > Type "services.msc" (without quotes) > Look for the
"Browser" service. > Right click on it. > Select "Stop" from the local
menu.
If this has solved your issue, then go back to the services and change
the startup type to "Disabled"
