HELP PLEASE

i have one laptop and one pc on a wireless network router
both pc and laptop can access the net and both pc and
laptop can ping eachother however my laptop cannot access
or ammend or see any of the folders i have shared in my
on my pc however my pc can do everything i keep going
around and around the net but i cant seem to find
answers.
