cannot access computer

here is the situation.

computer a: win xp pro. Computer b: win xp pro.

Computer a can see computer b and all other computers.

Computer a can conect and see all other computers files
and printers including computer b.

computer b cannot connect to computer a.

computer b can connect to all other computers and printers.

Help!?
