Problem w/XP Pro client to a domain w/NT4 server

Can not get my XP-Pro client to connect to my small
business Domain. Internet connection thru server works
and I can ping my server...but it still cannot join the
Domain. The server can also ping my client computer. Any
help would be appreciated.
