XP pro & netware 6 login problems

Hello,
We are having a problem with 2 new labs we deployed over
the summer running xp pro. We run Netware 6.x on our
building server and run NW client 4.9 sp1 on the XP
workstations.
The problem is that students(or limited users in XP)
cannot login before 8am or the get an internal error
message 0xffff979. This dose not effect any XP/netware
Admin users and the error goes away right at 8AM
everyday.
Students are set on the server to logon from 7-4 daily. I
hyave check the server time, date and time zone and they
match the xp machines. we also tried changing the student
logon time to 6am but still the same thing.
Any Ideas?
