Each computer can connect to a dial-up Internet connection
independently.
You can enable ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on either computer,
but not on both of them simultaneously. If you want the computers to
share a dial-up connection, pick one computer to be the host, enable
ICS on that computer, and configure the other one as an ICS client.
