I fought with this problem off and on for over a year after switching
from Win98 to XP Pro, basically believing that even MS couldn't have
screwed up such an obvious need. Anyway, after too many lost weekends
and numerous posts in this NG, I tried MultiNetwork Manager and have
been very pleased. Still irritates the hell of me that I have to pay
for a 3rd party solution (even though it is fairly priced and a good
product), but at least I can switch back and forth w/o a lot of
overhead now.
