ATM Network Controller

Ever since I reinstalled XP Home edition on my Dell
Dimension 4500 I have had a conflict in my device manager
under "other devices" called "ATM Network Controller".
How do I resolve this conflict? Please provide me the
download link or hotfix that will get me back to normal.
